All orders are processed immediately after order placement.

Delivery time for "Alternatives" and "Upcycled" products will be 2-5 days depending on zip code (U.S.P.S.).
Please allow up to 10 days for "TideTuners™" order deliveries (if no custom branding). We can accommodate expedited shipping requests under special circumstances.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout (on invoice for "TideTurners™" orders)
Free Shipping promotions are calculated prior to tax inclusion.
Free shipping promotions do not include "TideTurners™" products.
For now, only domestic U.S. shipping is permitted, unless specifically requested and approved.
We go the extra mile to ensure zero plastic is used in our packaging for our "Alternatives" and "Upcycled" product orders.
Only crinkle cut paper made from 100% recycled paper made here in the U.S.A. is used for product protection while shipping.
If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Please note that all packages are shipped uninsured. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you.

Our goal is your complete satisfaction, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please reach out to us here or email and we will do everything in our power to fix the issue.
Refunds will only be warranted, less shipping cost, if the product purchased is defective or damaged upon receipt.
We will not accept a returned item that’s worn, purposely or accidentally damaged, or washed or altered in any way.

Wild Plastic must be notified in writing (electronically) within 5 calendar days of the delivery date for any delivery shortages or damages.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser, unless the product was defective or damaged upon receipt.
If a refund is entitled, we will either send you a replacement (exchange) or provide a refund of the item's purchase price.
Only under special circumstances will we require you to send the item back.

We gladly accept items for exchange within 5 calendar days of your package arrival. You may exchange any unwashed and unworn or defective merchandise within 5 calendar days of the arrival date. Sale and discounted items are not available for exchange. Please contact us via or e-mail us at and follow the instructions for returning on the Returns page. Keep all original tags attached and send the original invoice when shipping.
If the product is damaged you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package in order to get an exchange. We will not accept your exchange without proof of purchase (original invoice). Items cannot be returned if they have been washed or altered in any way.
